ORDERING INFORMATION

1. How do I order a product?

Have a good look around our website and once you’ve found that special item you’d like to buy then select the ‘add to basket’ button.  Have a really good look as there's lots of wonderful cushions and beauty bags to choose from!

Once you’re ready to complete your order, click on 'Checkout', which is on the top right of the purple bar on every page to begin the payment process. This will take you to a secure page where you can provide your information  including payment details, email and delivery addresses, before confirming your order. Once your order is received you will receive and confirmation email and we will get to work preparing your order.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by debit or credit card using our secure payment process. If you have a payment query then please contact us.  We are here to help you.

3. Is your website secure?

Yes! It most certainly is. All orders placed on our site are transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, and then encrypted into our Payment gateway provider’s database only accessible by those authorised with special access rights to such systems. This ensures utmost privacy and security of your information. Note the small locked padlock icon that will appear in a corner of your browser during the checkout process. By law, we are also PCI compliant so do not store any of your payment information, or disclose your personal details to third parties. 

4. My card was declined. I don't understand. What does that mean?

All payments made through our secure checkout are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If your issuer refuses to authorise payment, you should be notified immediately – please contact your card issuer if occurs. Please bear in mind however, a common reason for payment not being authorised is due to the billing address details being entered incorrectly. Please ensure that the ‘billing address’ is the same address as where you bank mail is posted to. 

5. Can I cancel my order once I have placed it?

You can cancel your order until the point that it has been dispatched by us. If we don’t receive the cancellation in good time then your order will be dispatched and will need to be returned at your cost. Please bear in mind, we aim to process orders as quickly as possible. With that in mind, please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.

6. Can I add further items to an order I have placed and paid for?

Once an order is placed then unfortunately further items cannot be added. If you want further items then by all means place another order. You can of course contact usquoting your order number(s), and if possible we will physically combine your orders for one delivery if that is practicable and possible. We will do our best!

7. How do I know if my order has been successfully placed?

Once you have completed the checkout and payment is authorised and filled in your details then you will receive an order confirmation email. This will usually arrive in your email inbox within a few minutes, but may take a few hours. Please also check your junk mail if it doesn’t arrive. If you still haven’t received the email after a few hours then there may have been a problem with your order. Please contact us and we will investigate the matter and update you. 

8. What can I do if an item is out of stock?

If you try and order an item which is out of stock then contact us and we will let you know if and when this item is due back into stock.

We take great care in stock accuracy however if for any reason we find an item you have ordered is out of stock then we will contact you to confirm what possible alternative are available or if you do wish to continue with the rest of the order or cancel the order. We will always do our best to help you.


PACKAGING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION 

1. What are your shipping options and what is the cost?

Standard UK mainland tracked Royal Mail  delivery is FREE. This will either be 24 or 48 hour service (tracked 24 or tracked 48). Some areas of the UK and Great Britain (and this is not a full list!) e.g. Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man, Channel Islands may attract a delivery charge for standard delivery which is shown in the checkout and will depend on the weight and/or dimensions of the order.

Next Day and/or courier delivery is available at a cost from £9.95 but the service used will all depend on the weight, the dimensions of the order, order value and whether Saturday delivery is required. If you have any questions then please contact us before placing the order.

2. How will my order be packaged and sent?

Delivery will depend on the product ordered, the size, the weight and the value. You will also be given options regarding speed of delivery. 

We use Royal Mail, DPD and couriers for delivery depending on what is actually ordered. Next working day & Saturday delivery is available in the UK at an additional cost if required however there are some restrictions to remote areas as listed here. Certain delivery options are limited depending on the time of day the order is placed and the required delivery day.

We use the appropriate packaging material for each product but are conscious to restrict the uses of plastics and non-recyclable material to the absolute minimum. Please support us in our quest to do our bit for the planet.

3. Do you ship and deliver outside of the UK?

We offer tracked delivery to many countries within Europe priced from £12.95. Rest of the world deliveries will commence soon and this will include, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, USA, China & Japan with many other countries planned for the future.

4. How long will delivery take?

Delivery in the UK is normally 1-4 working days, depending which service is used and the time of day and/or day of the week your order is placed. You can always contact us for an update. 

Delivery within Europe is about 3-8 working days and delivery to destinations outisde of Europe will be about 9-28 working days.

5. How do I know if my order has been despatched?

As soon as we despatch your order we will send you an email confirming this. 

6. Why has my order not arrived yet?

Occasionally standard delivery orders are delayed and this is beyond our control. Please contact us for an update and  to allow us to investigate. 

As some orders will be bulky then delivery may be attempted but if you are not at home then a card will  be left giving redelivery details or information as to where your order has been delivered e.g. neighbours or is being held for collection

7. Am I able to track my order?

If you paid for additional tracking for your order or if it was sent via a trackable method then you will be able to track your order via Royal Mail or the courier used. You can of course contact us for assistance.
